With rumors circulating about a potential wedding between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, one thing is clear: Their relationship is really serious. Currently cohabiting in Philadelphia while filming Jersey Girl, they’ve rented an entire floor in the city’s chicest building, The Phoenix, for $17,000 a month, according to a source. “They almost never leave [the building] or return solo,” says the insider. Affleck, 30, and Lopez, 32, “can’t keep their [hands] off each other,” says one worker in the building. They’re constantly “holding hands, cuddling and hugging when in the lobby.” Though he may not have bought a ring yet, a source says Affleck did drop $30,000 at Bernie Robbins Jewelers in the Trump Marina Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey (on a brief day trip from the Philly set), to buy Lopez and her mother matching platinum Rolex watches with diamond dials. Still, don’t expect wedding bells just yet – J. Lo and Cris Judd’s divorce papers aren’t final until January 26, and her spokesperson says no plans are in the works. But, says a very, very close friend of the singer-actress, “They are going to get married.” When? “They won’t get engaged. If anything – they’ll just get married.”
