Testimonials
We have really enjoyed the adjustment to Center City living, and
the people and places here at The Phoenix have played a major role
in that. Initially, we expected that living in this beautifully
restored historic building near great restaurants, museums and
transportation would be what we favored over all else. Our new
apartment is spacious and filled with light from large windows
that overlook the Parkway. We do really like all these things.
But, it is the people here at The Phoenix and in Philadelphia who
have really made our adjustment a happy one. Our life now includes
daily walks instead of a daily commute. We easily connect with
people. Some are the people who work to make The Phoenix a home.
Others are our friends that work nearby, and who we get to see
more often because we are so close to them. Still, others are friends
we have made here in our new neighborhood.
Our life is easier in big and small ways. We walk to work, to
the shops and to the train for longer trips. We usually reserve
driving for the weekends. We have developed a new appreciation
for Philadelphia's gardens and parks, and the walking trails along
the Schuylkill. Events and parades in the city enliven the weekends.
We anticipate the addition of the Barnes Museum to the already
world-class collection of museums surrounding the Parkway to add
to the vibrancy of the neighborhood.
We have more access to locally grown food here in Philadelphia
because of the wonderful Reading Terminal Market. Smaller farmer's
markets have blossomed at Rittenhouse Square on Saturdays and Headhouse
Square on Sundays, giving us access to some of the best food in
the region.
We are pleased to say that The Phoenix has become a comfortable and enjoyable
home to us. Thank you for all you do to make this place a great
place to come home to!

The Phoenix is downtown living at its finest. Location, service, and professional
staff make this a premier condominium establishment, and I am proud to be
an owner.

We looked at places with the following criteria:
The Phoenix offered us all of these, but the clincher for us was
a beautiful apartment and a Staff that truly makes us feel like we
are family. It is truly a pleasure to say we are members of the Phoenix
family.

After living in Society Hill for 7 years, we moved to The Phoenix. I have never
been happier. Your vision of what “home” is - is right on. What
you have built and created here at The Phoenix is well beyond the ordinary!

I have been very blessed to have lived in several countries, and in many cities
around the United States. I would be remiss if I did not take a few moments
to tell you how much I enjoy living at The Phoenix. The building is a superb
structure, and every amenity makes one feel special. The most important amenity
within any organization is customer service. I continue to recommend The Phoenix
as a World Class facility, with big city amenities, and “at home” service. Bob

I have enjoyed being a part of the Phoenix Community for the last two years
in my one bedroom/den unit. I am steps away from my office, and take full-advantage
of the incredible amenities the building has to offer. My day starts with a
vanilla latte from Starbucks, and often ends with a beautifully prepared dinner
and glass of wine at Tir na Nog Restaurant. The weekends offer me a chance
to explore the museums, enjoy a massage and the Phoenix Salon and Spa, and
exercise my dog on the Parkway. I look forward to owning my unit, and continuing
to enjoy my family of friends at the Phoenix. There is no place I would rather
live!
